it seems like to me you're just jealous of her weight loss, just because someone's not eating that much and eating mostly salad does not mean they have an eating disorder. I hardly eat and i'm naturally skinny and big so called curvy girls like you are always on my case. But there is nothing wrong with watching your weight. I suggest you just stay out of her business and worry about your own weight problems
I agree with Neche ! To my mind your friend might have an eating disorder, I think it is very nice from you to worry about her. You should maybe talk to her friends or family about it and then if they agree, tell her and maybe she will realize that she has a problem. It's not healthy to only eat salad, she could become very sick. Anyway, good luck and I hope you and your friend will be fine ! :)
PS: Sorry for my English, I am French and I can't speak it fluently ha ha.
Hi, It is hard to tell whether she really has an eating disorder or it's just you being jealous. I'm saying this because you didn't tell us what her current weight is(that way it would be easier to calculate her BMI) and how long it took her to lose the the ~25lbs plus you mentioned that her body looks great(and not unhealthy) and your failure to lose weight(When you take someone to the hospital and the doctors ask you what happened you don't go telling them why YOU are not sick.....) If it is her clavicles or pelvic bones(apexes) that are protruding then it's normal. Especially after the 25lbs weight loss. I think your friend has chosen the healthy lifestyle and when you go down that road everything changes. You have to watch everything you put in your body. That's why when eating out, salads are a safe choice. This is what you should do, quit consulting Dr.Internet, apologize and ask her if you can workout together(if not possible, ask her to share her workout plan with you)and also to share her weight loss tips with you. This way you'll manage to lose weight and if she does have an eating 'disorder' you'll know. Good Luck PS: It is normal to work out 7times/days a week.

ReplyDeleteAs in she obviously has an eating disorder, all these boney girls that don't eat are delusional. They thing they look good but they look sick.
ReplyDeleteThe first Anon is really mean, looks like she had an eating disorder and is being defensive.
