I think Toni looks GREAT, fit in all the right places... hard to believe she's 44!

Health and Fitness - Gabrielle Union
These pictures are a few days old but i have to share them because i love me some Gabby. I think she has a really nice healthy lean figure not to mention such beautiful skin. Checkout those abs! I've been hitting the gym at least 3 days a week for the past month but i have a 10 pounds summer goal that i hope i stick with... it might not happen because when i'm around Nigerian or Thai food i become a greedy raging animal and i black out lol! But Gabby is giving me some new motivation!

As reported by StyleList "Doonan names chocolate cake as his favorite "gay" culinary treat, but suggests the following trick to offset the indulgence: "Order one between 11 of you and then fight over it. You use up the most calories when you're fighting over food." As for battling the post-holiday bulge, he advises, "Stop watching TV, get out and jiggle about. When 'Toddlers and Tiaras' comes on, get up and start imitating the kids."
Doonan to share his top 10 tips for staying a Skinny Minnie.1. Don't eat guacamole for breakfast ... or any other meal. Guac is a one-way ticket to chubbie-ville.
2. Do skip. Skipping burns up millions more calories than walking. Not recommended for rough neighborhoods, especially if you are a man.
3. Do not go near the office vending machine...EVER!!
4. Do watch "Hoarders." It is so disgusting that it will extinguish any hunger pangs you may have.
5. Do wear vertical stripes. It's an old trick, but it works.
6. Do carry a very heavy purse. Put rocks in your Goyard if necessary. Every outing will become an upper-body workout.
7. Don't become a Town Car addict. Walk down the street at top speed, as if you were being chased by Somalian pirates.
9. Do suck your cheeks in every time anybody snaps your photo.
10. Don't believe your Aunt Luciana when she tells you her risotto is fat-free. She is lying.

Speaking of health and fitness i am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
off my healthy eating right now it's disgusting. I feel so heavy and lazy it's not even funny
The thing about eating healthy and working out that i love is not even the fact that it keeps you in shape ... it's the energy it gives me. This holiday has killed any motivation i have to work out and i can't wait till it's over so i can go back to my normal life and stop chowing down on anything in front of me.
New Years Resolution here i come.

Healthy Lifestyle- BODY Inspiration
Hi guys
So i haven't posted an update about fitness in a minute but that's only because there is nothing to post about right now.
Honestly i wish my state of mind was always into health and fitness but sometimes you get into a mood where you just don't give a ****, and that's where i am now.
I miss "myself" from about 4 months ago... because i was in such a good place.. i was SO ON IT! Working out, eating healthy, taking yoga, drinking water, and running like 5 days a week. Honestly there was a time in my life that i use to run from midtown all the way to Brooklyn (just last year) Sigh... I FELT GREAT!
But unfortunately, right now i have no more vacation planned, well at least for the next 4 months that involves a bikini. So my current state of mind is here (see picture below).
Last night i knew i was out of it when i took a trip all the way to Buka (a Nigerian Restaurant in Brooklyn) and ordered
*Ahem* ...
2 Suya Sticks
MoiMoi
Jollof Rice
Goat Meat Stew
and Beef in Buka Sauce.
and proceeded to go in on this meal last night at 11pm.
Well either way what's done is done... time to move forward
So last night luckily i discovered "Jennifer Nicole Lee" on Youtube from this blogger who did a weight loss challenge with her videos and lost almost 20 pounds.

I know some people might not like her body because they may feel it's too muscular but i personally love it.
So with that being said... time to get back on it with fitness and eating healthy
